Definitely Long Time

Wow it has been forever since I last updated this thing!

Well how is everyone doing on this fabulous Tuesday? I had some time to waste before I have to go and teach and so I figured I should probably get ya'll updated! So basically this is the jip.......I am teaching like CRAZY this fall and coming year! I am so thankful that I have a busy schedule because I refuse to sit at home on my bum!:) I am teaching at three great studios and I am so excited to get to work with each student personally and to watch them grow! That's one of the best things I love about teaching! I am still doing school online this fall and I am kinda terrified! I am taking Anat and Pshy and English! AH! We will see how it goes! I am definitely a "in-class" learner! BUT next semester I will be up in Rexburg at BYU an I cannot wait!

As for the rest of my summer! When I got home from Omaha, my sister and her two sweet girls stayed with us for about a month and a half! Boy was it sad to see them leave! I did not like that at all! BUT the good news is is my brother in law Justin had an interview in Boise at an attorneys office and he said it went well! SOO hopefully everything goes well because if it does then they might be moving to Boise which is fabulous! We could see them every weekend if we wanted to! Instead of a 17 hour drive it would only be 5! Yes!:) LETS ALL KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED! It was also great to see my cousin's new little twins! They are the cutest little things and I absolutely loved having them here! The rest of my summer was extremely chill! BUT now it is definitely back to reality! Phew!! Teaching Monday-Friday is definitely going to give me a nip in the butt! BUT I am excited to do it!:)

Well it is hitting about the time for me to hit the studio (aka my second home) so have a great Tuesday everyone!:)

Small and Fast Update

Hello friends!
I know it has been forever since our last talk, but things have been a little crazy over here. So first things first Omaha was an absolute blast. I was there for about two weeks and it was so much fun. I got to spend lots of time with my sister and her family. I loved having Emma and Lucy all to myself:) Sorry Kass! Usually when Kassidy enters the room Emma doesn't want anything to do with anyone except Kassidy and so I took great advantage of having Emma at my hip 24/7. Lucy it took a little longer just because she is only 1 and she is most definitely a mammas girl. It took about a week before Lucy warmed up to me and would actually let me hold her. After that it just got better and better each day. I also got to spend some alone/sister time with Chelsea. We went to The Lucky One and Snow White and the Huntsman and had some girl talks. She is definitely a role model I look up to. She is abolutely amazing and I couldn't ask for a better sister. The weather was fabulous. I don't like the humidity so much, but the warmth was great. Perfect weather for me minus the humidity. As for the 17 hour drive to Idaho Falls:/ now that was difficult. The first ten hours were actually not too bad, but once we hit about the 13 hour I was starting to get tired, smelly, and anxious. The girls did very well though considering being in those car seats for so long. By the time we hit Pocatello, Lucy was very very tired and grumpy. She screamed for the last hour home, but thank goodness it was only an hour. Good luck to Chelsea and Justin on driving back home. Props to you guys because I don't know if I could do it again. So now Chelsea is here in Idaho Falls for a month until they have to go to Boise to pick up Justin. He is taking the bar exam and after that he will be an official district attorney. Good luck Justin you are going to rock. I am so happy that Chelsea and the girls are here. I haven't had this much time to spend with them since a year ago. It feels so good to have the family together. If only Colter was here then it would officially be completed. I miss you so much, but I know he is doing fabulous in Colorado.  Anyway those are the updates for now on the family. Now it is time for the 4th of July. I don't know about you guys, but I love the 4th of July mostly because of the big firework show displayed each year at the Greenbelt. BEST THING EVER! I am so excited to see them again. I don't know if it's possible, but I swear each year they get better and better and last years were amazing and so we will have to see. Also it is my first time in years that I will be going to the parade. We are mostly going for the two little ones:) but I am sure it will still be fun. Well new posts will be happening today and throughout the week. Lots of news and updates!:)

Memorial Day Weekend!

Omaha bound tomorrow everyone! Can you say I am a little excited? Excitement is definitely an understatement! I have not seen my sister and her family in a year! Yes I am super excited!

Well my family came to see me this last weekend. It was awesome being able to see my mom, dad, and little sister. They came and not only graciously moved all my things home, but they also came and spent the long weekend with me and my aunt. The weekend consisted of relaxing and watching movies (The Iron Lady and Joyful Noise) and having some quality time with the fam. It was a lot of fun to see them. I will see them in about 2 weeks and so sadly I don't really miss them right now. Hehe:) Sorry family, but I will see you soon along with a few others:)

So I was sitting here watching an episode of one of my favorite TV shows (Law and Order SVU) since I am stuck in the house with no car today and I was thinking about how awesome/scary it would be to be a cop. With my dad being a fireman and my uncle being a cop for most of their lives it has always been in the back of my mind to have a career like that. How cool it would be, but then again I think about how scared and afraid I would be to have to face criminals and such. If I truly would be willing to put my life on the line for someone? I mean of course I would do anything for my family no doubt or question about it, but sometimes it is different in other situations. That's why I am so grateful for Memorial Day. It is a day that I will always remember because it gives me the chance to think about everyone that has willingly given their lives for our freedom. What an amazing group of people to look up to. How blessed we are. We need to all have this thought of appreciation for those that have served for our country. We owe it to them for their courage and bravery! Please take a moment to really think about those that have fought for our freedom.

Yay:)

So first of all friends I have some bittersweet/exciting news!

Next Saturday (hopefully) I am officially moving back home to Idaho Falls! I will definitely say that I am excited to go home, yet I am sad I have to leave my home here in Utah! It has definitely been a long and eventful run these last 9 months. It has been rewarding and fun to live here!

Some highlights:
First of all dancing with ODT! What a blessing it was to dance with these amazing artists!
Being able to do Thriller and Romeo and Juliet was so great and definitely an item I can check off my list
Being in such an amazing singles ward with some many great and inspiring new friends
Making new friends that make me smile and laugh
Being able to share my talent with my students at The Pointe and Center Stage
And being able to grow closer to my Aunt Nancy:)

What a blessing it has been to be down here! I have learned so much! It is sad leaving my friends and students, but I know it is the right thing in my life right now! I am excited to go home and start fresh with a new teaching job, school, friends, and atmosphere!

Now time for my summer bucket list

Unlimited camping and fishing trips with my DADDY!
Unlimited movie premieres with my best friend Melanie
Training for my first 5K in the future
Completing my first semester of college
Spending time with my older sister and my two nieces (cause she lives in Omaha)
Star gazing all night
Crossfit
Snowcones
Roadtrips
Swimming
Boating
And lots more that I can't seem to think up:)

Have a great Wednesday everyone!:)

Summer Is Approaching!

Hello Friends

How is everyone's Saturday going? I hope great! Well I woke up this morning to a great flat tire on my car ONCE AGAIN! I don't know what it is, but this is the third time this has happened to me in the passed two months! I don't know what it is; I don't know if it is my car tires or maybe it's the road I live on that I drive everyday, but something is definitely not right! Luckily the people at Johnson Tire are really good friends with my aunt and so I haven't had to pay for the last two visits! SHHH! They are so nice and helpful down there and I am so appreciative of them! Thank You!!:) Save me some money!:)

Well I have some exciting/bittersweet news! The exciting thing is is I am moving home in about 3 weeks! I cannot wait to get home! The bittersweet moment is the fact that I have to leave my home here in Utah! I have had an amazing expericen down here and I am definitely going to miss it! Especially living with Nancy! She is honestly the best aunt ever! She took me under her wing and helped me a lot! I have had a blast living with her! I am going to miss her so much! Thank you Nancy!:) You rock!

As for summer approaching I am so excited to get home and spend some quality time with my family and friends! Camping and fishing with my dad!:) And quality time with my best friend Melanie! I miss her like crazy! We talk every single week and text each other on a daily basis and I love it! Last call time to Melanie was 1:43:22! We could seriously talk to each other for hours on end! I love that girl!:) Also my sister is coming home from Nebraska! I could not be more excited to see her and my two little nieces! I haven't seen them in almost a whole year and Emma and Lucy are soooo grown up! I cannot believe it! I am so excited to see them! Ahh I cannot tell you how excited I am! She is coming for the WHOLE month of July! YEAH!! On the same note as my sister I have to congratulate my brother-in-law on graduating law school! Way to go Justin! You da man! We are all so proud and because of your smart-aleck personality you will make one great attorney!:)
(How cute are these pumpkins! I cannot wait to see them)
anyway I am so happy to be starting a new adventure soon! Updates to come!

I Suck At Keeping Up!

Yello! (Courtesy to my mom and aunt)

Hey there everyone! Can you believe it is already Thursday of another week! This week went by so fast! Maybe because I am off work for this week due to Spring Break! I don't know, but it sure flew by! Well I have decided to do something fun today! We are going to do another favorites post today! I did one quite a while ago, but here is a fresh new one with some minor adjustments to a few old ones!

Favorite

1. Song: Cut by PLUMB

I absolutely love this song! Not only did I get it from my new favorite TV show The Vampire Diaries (coming up next), but I have also always loved PLUMB! Her music is (I know this is cheesy), but kind of soul speaking! All of her music is so beautiful and flowing and amazing! I want to do choreography to this song so bad! I have been using it in my classes and I lose it when I do a combo! Hopefully in the near future I will be able to use this song!

2. TV Show: The Vampire Diaries
I am in love with Damon (He's on the left)
I know that I already said it was Law And Order SVU, but I have changed my mind! Ever since I got the first season from my sister Chelsea (I love you more now that you have introduced me to this) for Christmas, I have been attached! Literally after the first season was finished me and Kassidy instantly went to Target and got the second season and now I have not missed an episode of the third season! I am beyond obsessed! I am currently looking for some posters to take to school! Some people say that it is going to be just like Twilight, but it is far better than Twilight! I promise! Twilight sucks compared to this!

3. Movie: The Hunger Games

I also know that I did this one earlier and don't get me wrong Transformers is still my favorite movie, but I think everyone can agree that The Hunger Games is their new favorite movie! I was so impressed with the way they portrayed the book! I loved this book and I knew I would like the movie! I don't think I need to say much else because everyone who has seen it knows it is amazing and fantastic!

4. New Adventure: The Festival Of Colors

Oh my goodness! I did an entire post on this and I cannot begin to say how much fun it was! Me, Saylee, and Kayla had an absolute blast! It is something so new and different to me and I loved it! I have seen many pictures posted onto Facebook about it and I have always had a desire to go! Well I was lucky enough to go this year and I do not regret it! What more fun can you have then throwing colors on each other! I hope everyone takes the chance to go because I promise you it is worth the drive, money, and dirtyness! All the way BABY!!!

5. Spiritual Experience: GENERAL CONFERENCE!
(Our beloved Prophet and His Two Counselors!)
I am so blessed I got to watch this again this year! The talks were fabulous just like usual and for some reason this conference really spoke to me! As I begin my future plans and move on to new things I had a lot of questions and concerns, but conference definitely cleared it all up! I am so grateful to have the Gospel in my life! I always look forward to watching conference and hopefully in the near future I will be able to go to a Live conference! It is one on my bucket list and so it is going to happen eventually!

6. Food: (I love all kinds; its food, but if I had to choose one it would be) Apples

I could live on apples! I swear I eat an apple every single day! I get deprived if there are no more apples in the fridge because I love them so much! I like both Fuji and Granny Smith! Fuji apples are less sour than the Granny Smith ones, but both are extremely tasty! I honestly don't know what I would do if I didn't have apples in my life! Holy smokes! They are delicious and I am sure everyone has had one at least at some point in their life!

7. Actor: JOHNNY DEPP

Okay so everyone knows him well as the infamous Jack Sparrow, but that is just the beginning for Johnny's amazing rolls! I know people think he is creepy, but I think he is genius! He has probably played every role you can think of! From the Mad Hatter to an evil Shooter! He has played them all and I am in love with him! If only he was younger and not married I totally would go to Hollywood and find him! He is amazing in every way! Ah you got to love him!

8. Actress: I have many favorites, but since I have to choose one I pick: Merryl Streep

She is like Johnny Depp! A GENIUS! She has played every role in every movie! My absolute favorite was her role in Mamma Mia! She was so funny, cute, and exciting to watch! And I did not know till that movie that she had a voice! She is an amazing actress! I was so excited when she won Actress of the Year! I was hoping she would win and she totally deserved it! If I could meet her I would cry! Tears of JOY!!!

9. Book: The Secret Journal of Brett Colton

All I can say is wow to this book! It is so heart-warming and tear-jerking and definitely my kind of chick-flick book! I won't tell you about it because you all need to go read it! I have read it seven times and have not grown out of liking it! It is such a romance novel mixed with drama and sticky situations and I love it! It is a must-read immediately for everyone! I know that everyone likes The Hunger Games and Harry Potter series, but I am telling you this one is up there with them (at least in my book it is)! Please READ! You won't regret it!

10. Amusement Park: Disneyland/California Adventures

Of course these amusement parks that are right across from each other are going to be everyone's favorite! You haven't lived until you have gone to Disneyland, Disneyworld, or California Adventures (okay maybe California Adventures)! I went when I was in fifth grade on a family vacation and it was the best vacation ever! I will never ever forget it! It is basically Lagoon on crack! It is so much fun and has my favorite Disney characters! Sadly I did not get to meet Mickey because we were too late getting to ToonTown, but I am already planning on taking my future family there and I will make sure that I get to meet the famous Mickey Mouse!

Well that is all I can think of right now! I must go because my cousin just had her twins, but there will be a new favorite post and more posts to come in the future! Have a terrific Thursday everyone!:)

Take Charge!

Hello My Fellow Bloggers!

How is everyone's Tuesday? I hope it's going well!

I have exciting news! So I have officially signed up for my online class for the Spring semester! Due to the fact that I can't leave Utah yet; in order to have a spot for Fall term I have to take at least one online class! BYU-Idaho doesn't let freshmen defer their first semester and so that's the only option I can take! I am perfectly okay with that because I can still go to school in the Fall! I will admit I am a little nervous to do an online class just because I am a visual learner and I do better in the classroom, but I know I can do this! I am taking my history class because I feel it was the best one I could do on my own! Math and Science are definitely ones I need to do in the classroom and English? Forget doing 20 page papers until Fall! So that is some exciting news!

So today's post is about fitness! I have been reading this Paleo Solution book and I said a couple posts back that I was ready to take this new lifestyle down! I am happy with what Robb Wolfe has said and I believe every word he wrote! I was doing really well at first, but then once I started thinking about my future and my life and what I wanted, I started to get depressed! I wasn't happy at all! I stopped exercising! I stopped eating healthy! I even stopped calling my family every week! I was a mess! I didn't know what was going on! I didn't have the self-control I used to have! I didn't care about anything or anyone! I ate what I wanted and I thought I would feel better, but I just felt worse and worse! All I wanted to do was curl up in a ball and sit there and eat peanut butter! I was unhappy with myself and I would cry and cry about what was happening to me! I could not figure out why I was like this! So I decided to do the one thing that I thought was best! I got on my knees and asked the Lord for strength to get me through the next day! I am finally back on track and ready to get the body I want and deserve! I like being healthy and I like working out! I love the sweat and the feeling of satisfaction! Nothing feels better than to workout your hardest and get the results you want! I am ready to change my life! I am ready for a change and new opportunities! I just have to make it one day  at a time! I am not going to get into shape over night! It takes patience and hard work! I am ready! I am ready!

A Decision Has Been Made

Hello my fellow bloggers!

How is everyone's Monday going? I hope good! I hope everyone was able to recover from the long weekend yesterday and officially get back to reality today! I am still a little on the tired side, but hey I will definitely go to bed early tonight!

So you know how I was having a hard time trying to decide what I wanted to do with my life in the next few months? Well I have finally reached a decision! I am going to BYU-Idaho starting September 10th! It has been a hard few weeks and it has been so stressful and emotional! I am so relieved that I finally received my answer! I will say that I don't know how to really react to the answer I got, but I think that God has a different plan for me than the one I had in mind and I need to trust him! He knows what I need to be doing with my life and so I am going to go with it! If it's where I am supposed to be then everything will work out in the end! I am a little upset that professional dancing is not in my future/answer, but I feel that dance will never leave me! I have been dancing ever since I could walk and it will always be a part of who I am! If I want to dance then I know that there will be someplace that I can dance for fun and to have that little happiness in my life! It will always be there when I want to do it!  I realized that I can always teach and share my talent with others which is just as great as dancing! It definitely is not the same, but it is just as rewarding! Choreography is something I would like to pursue which is perfect for me to still teach! Now I can move on to my new career as becoming a dietician/zumba instructor/yoga instructor/whatever! It is a new chapter in my life and I am actually pretty excited about it! I am excited to go to school and to start my new life as an official college student! I have always wanted to go to school and look.....now I have the chance! I know that school is where I need to be right now and so I am going to take it with full force! Sadly that means that come June I have to leave The Pointe and Center Stage and move back home to Idaho, but teaching has been nothing but a huge blessing in my life! My students are fantastic and I could not have asked for better and sweeter girls! Such hard workers and I loved every minute with them! I have decided that I am going to make these last two months worth all the stress and hard work! Make every last minute count! I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to dance with my dream team Odyssey Dance Theater! Dancing with such amazing people really made me realize that I was just as good as them! It helped me grow as a dancer and person and I am so grateful that I did it! What better blessing could I ask for! I am so happy for the past few months I have spent down here in Utah! I thank the Lord for my blessings and now its even more to come as I start school! Let's make the best of it!:)

Have a great day everyone! Hope everyone's Monday is awesome! Time for me to get my classes together for the week and prepare for some Ultimate Frisbee for FHE! By the way Ultimate Frisbee is my new favorite game to play! SO MUCH FUN! I highly suggest everyone does it! It is athletic, energetic, competitive, intense, and flat out fun!:)

Such A Fun Weekend!

How was everyone's weekend? Well I will just say that I had one of the funnest weekends! Two of my really good friends Saylee and Kayla came all the way down from Pocatello and Rexburg to spend the weekend with me and go to The Festival Of Colors! All I can say is WOW! What a blast that was! This was all of our first times going and we were absolutely blastered! It was so much fun being able to throw chalk/paint at each other without feeling guilty about it! Sadly I forgot my camera so I kind of missed the window of taking pictures which I am super upset about! For some odd reason I didn't even think about taking my camera! I was so mad when we got there because once you go in; NO RE-Entry and so we just had to take pictures with our phones! I cannot get over how much fun that was! We were covered head to toe in orange, green, purple, red, pink, blue and who knows what other colors! Saylee, Kayla, and I have officially made it a tradition that we attend this event every year! It was that much fun! Totally worth the thousands of people that go and the $2.00 to get in:) There were even some times that we came into view of some interesting people! People that wore too short of shorts, not long enough shirts, wedding dresses and tux, goggles! You name it and we probably saw it; but boy we just made laughs out of the sights we saw! It was quite the image! We could not get enough of the color throwing! We were there for six hours because we did not want to miss the color throwings! Every two hours they did a huge color throwing (picture below) where everyone there took color and threw it in the air! If you looked up, you literally could not see the sky! It was insane and disgusting! The smell and taste was not pleasant, but boy was it worth it! It was at a beautiful Hindu temple in Spanish Fork and it was so much fun! Even though the after effects were not pleasant; the muddy look of meshed colors, the incredibly large amount of dust coming off your clothes and hair, and the outrageous amount of color all over your body (fingernails, toenails, you name it!) It was so worth it though! I could not have asked for a better weekend with better friends! We had many laughs, had time to catch up on each other's lives, and just enjoying the joys of being a 19-year-old! Sadly back to reality and work tomorrow, but this weekend was definitely one worth remembering!
(These aren't ones I took sadly:( but this is pretty much what it was like)

(Color Throwing)

(The beautiful Hindu temple- This is a before picture! You should see it after the Festival eww)

(Basically this is what we looked like)

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!

Wow is all I can say at this moment! I am kind of stressing right now! I did not realize until now that growing up SUCKS! I have had some pretty rough last couple of weeks because I don't know what the next chapter is in my life! I am having a hard time trying to decide what I want to do and where I want to go! I cannot decide if I want to continue dancing or if I want to go to school! I have been praying and thinking about all my options and I think I might have an answer, but it is still a little fuzzy! I have always had it in my mind to go to college! I have always wanted to and I definitely will someday! I just didn't know till now that that time is NOW! It has hit me like a ton of bricks and I feel like I need to move on to the next chapter of my life which is building my career in the health and exercise department! Becoming a dietician/zumba instructor! Whatever I just want to work in a gym or work with health and fitness! It is something I have always wanted to do and I feel like I can really do it! It has just been kind of stressful lately because since I didn't know what I was going to do in the fall I waited too long to do anything about it! Now I am trying to get everything done and it is kind of making me lose my marbles! I am upset that I waited this long, but someone (up there in heaven) wasn't answering my prayers as fast as I wanted/needed! I feel like I finally have some-what of a clear answer and I am starting to head in the right direction! Only problem is is I am a little behind! Ah!

(This is what I feel like doing right now; except with crazier eyes!)

I like my life is going on a roller coaster right now! Some days I am up and happy and others I am down and depressed! Right now I am missing my family and its hard being away from them especially when I am moving home at the end of May! I am trying my hardest to lose weight and get back to my old self that I know I can become again, but with me being impatient it isn't going as fast as I want to and I am getting frustrated! But I also need to remember that I have great family and friends that keep me going! I have amazing students that I get to teach and I am just grateful to even have a job! I need to keep my head up! I always need to be positive and move forward! Life is too short to hold anything back! I know that I can conquer these "problems" I got! I know I can do anything! Lets all keep that in mind that we are stronger then we all think! We can all conquer anything!:) Have a great Thursday everyone! I get to go teach an awesome class at Center Stage! Yay! Cheers to the weekend coming up!

OH and if anyone is going to The Hunger Games premiere tonight! I want to know all about it!

Letters Make Me Happy!:)

So I have to say is letters make me happy! I have some of the best guy friends in the world! Having the courage to leave your home for two years to serve the Lord is outstanding to me and my friends are doing that exact thing! I feel so blessed to have such strong men in my life not only for me to look up to, but to also learn from! I could not ask for anything better! I may sound like a creeper or weirdo or something, but I don't care! Every day when I get home from teaching I always make sure to check the mailbox! It is definitely on of my highlights of the day because sometimes there might just be a letter in there for me! I get so excited when I receive! Always puts the cherry on top of my day!
Okay so I may not be this creative, but still I thought it was a cute picture and maybe I should try this because I think my letters should go into a scrapbook! So back to my love of letters! One of the biggest favors I asked my missionaries (not that they are already busy with so much) I asked each of them if they would put a scripture on the back of their letters that they think I should read for the week! Well I can definitely say that I am extremely grateful that I did this because I have been striving to read my scriptures every night (by the way I am doing pretty darn good) and it has made scripture reading all the more better! I can say that the Lord works in very mysterious ways because so far these last two weeks; every scripture I have read has been one that I feel like I needed to hear! Talk about the Spirit works strong! I was so happy and it makes the letter not only fun to read, but it has a spiritual side to it! The missionaries also always tell me a story that happened to them in the last week or two and some of them are interesting, sometimes scary, and sometimes absolutely amazing! I am so happy for these boys and their hard work! They dedicate their lives for something and someone that is far more better than worldy things! They give up everything to teach people about The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints! It is amazing and so beautiful in every way possible! I am so thankful that this world has missionaries! The Lord needs his work done and the only way for that to happen is to have my friends: Tyler, Jordan, Steven, Spencer, Conrad, Tanner, and Cody and many others to do their job and spread around the world! I am so happy to have these people in my life! What better way to spend your day then by teaching people of Jesus Christ Our Savior! I love it! Hopefully one day when I am old and married and all my kids are gone, me and my husband will go on a mission and serve the Lord! It has always been one of my goals to serve a mission with my husband when I am older! Hopefully one day it can happen! Well time to get my day started! Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!:) Talk to you all soon!
HOW CUTE ARE THEY!?

Long Time No Talk!!!

Hello my fellow bloggers! LONG TIME NO TALK! I have missed blogging for quite some time and so now I am trying to catch up for the last month and a half I haven't blogged!
Well here it is in a nutshell:
1) Spring Shows started a week and a half ago and are already basically over!
2) I recently got to see my mom, dad, and little sister!
3) I applied to school and hopefully can attend for a Summer semester
4) So You Think You Can Dance auditions are at the end of this month AHH!
5) My all time new favorite TV show that I will never get sick of is The Vampire Diaries!
6) I have recently read three books, which is awesome considering how busy I am!
7) Romeo and Juliet is by far my favorite show to perform (besides my all time favorite, THRILLER)!
8) All of my high guy friends are either gone on a mission or just got their mission calls! YOU GO BOYS!
9) Teaching is still as fun as ever!
10) And I recently started a new diet that I think will change my weight loss problems forever! PALEO!

So let's talk Paleo for a minute! I am so excited to start this diet! My dad recently went to a doctor for an appointment and this is what the doctor told my dad! By being on this Paleo diet, not only will my dad feel better, but his symptoms of Parkinsons will decrease dramatically! I recently just talked to my dad and he said that he is feeling so much better! He feels like he has more energy and he just feels like a new person! Well my mom read this book called The Paleo Solution and instantly called me! She told me that I needed to go buy the book and read it because she truly believes this will help me with my problems with weight loss and weight gain! So I bought the book on my Kindle and began to read it and holy cow can I tell you that I am a true believer of this diet! The diet consists of no dairy or no starches or anything that contains things like wheat, soy, flour, or anything of that sort! It is strictly meat, veggies, and fruits! It is a so-called diet that our "ancestors" used (hence the Paleo-Paleolithic era)! I am so excited to finally know why I lose weight and then gain it all back! I have a solution that will help me live a healthy and happy life! I cannot wait to share this with all of you! I truly believe with every bone in my body that this will help me!:)
I suggest that those of you that are having a struggle; go and get this book! I promise you it will surprise you the way it surprised me! So much info!
Well I hope everyone has a good weekend! I am off to another day of shows! This is our last DanceScapes show! I will be back with more on shows! Have a great weekend ya'll!!!
